GMRS
Local Area Repeaters
Rules are similar to amateur radio. Call out and sign off with your GMRS call sign.
For many entry level radios you may have to choose which repeater/code pair to use for the given channel.
These are all analog repeaters and should be set to Wide rather than Narrow.
The N in the D114N represents “Normal” and not narrow. Some radios include an “N” or an “I” others only show the code.
(The FRS primary channels 8 - 14 are Narrow rather than Wide and are restricted to 0.5 Watts.)

Davis County ARC GMRS & Northern Utah GMRS Information Net: Tuesday 9 pm on the Promontory repeater.
